The Leather backpack is 1 of 8 bags that will be made and sold. Has a minimal design with the only pockets being inside the bag. A little different from our first leather backpack. I just had to use the beautiful Alpaca wool belts. They look so pretty with this Horween leather.
The bag is not lined so you can enjoy the leather inside and out. Inside of the backpack you will find a couple of small leather pockets and a medium pocket to keep your things in place.
This bag has a beautiful hand woven belt made out of alpaca wool out of the Chinchero region in Peru. I use it to keep the flap secured along with a wood twig just like our leather clutch bag. I usually don't use products not made in the US but when traveling on adventures, I love supporting local independent artisans and super excited to be able to incorporate them with my designs.
The outside of the bag-
- Two leather straps secured with solid brass rivets and adjustable via solid conway buckles.

- Key hook and 3 pockets all on the backside of the bag

- 5 oz Horween leather

- Hand woven Alpaca Wool strap
- Solid brass YKK zippers
- Hermann oaks English Bridle leather out of St. Louis - Used to make the straps
- Heavy waxed nylon thread
- Solid brass conway buckles
- Organic coconut oil
- Organic sage oil
- Organic local beeswax
- 17 inches tall by 14 and 4 inches deep.
Please keep in mind that we use oils and wax on the leather and the shades will vary.
